Playstation 4 (PS4) Console + 7 ps4 games bundle

PS4 console bundle with cables, controller, and 7 games. Everything plays perfectly, but note 3 issues: 1) Burn stain on top shell (cosmetic only, easily covered with a vinyl skin), 2) Controller's square button does not work (needs replacement), 3) Fan runs very loud when playing any game (requires a clean).
